A 5 HP electric pump supplies water from natural source; a kerosene run pump acts as a stand by in case of emergencies. Normal MSEB power supply is available and a standby power source is available in the form of a 10 KVA ( 3 phase) & 5 KVA generator.
STD facility is available at Sutarwadi, about 2 Km from HANS. BSNL connectivity is available for Cell Phones. |

HANS offers 3 types of accommodation; namely FARM HOUSE-- REVIVAL; FREE SPIRIT CABINS & CARAVANS . In 1998, HANS had a capacity to house 20 guests; today it has gone upto 75. |
