3. Packing list should include: Torch, Cades/Shoes , Swimming trunks/costume, Light sweater & of course a camera.During Monsoon season(Jun--Sept),adequate number of Clothes Change should be carried.

5. Overnight Guests are provided with cots, mattress, pillows, bed sheets, light cover, towel, soap, tortoise coil .

6. Normal power supply is thro MSEB; however, we do have a 10 KVA (3 Phase) & 5 KVA generators; it will take 10 mts for the change over. However, the gen sets will be switched off at midnite (if switched on).

8. On arrival at the site, do familiarize yourself with the site map.

9. Manager will finalize, the schedule for Adventure activities; be aware of the same, in order that you do not miss out on any activity.
10. You will have to cater to your requirement of Mineral water, Soft/Hard drinks; we provide you with a Fridge/ice tub.

11. Chicken Bar-B-Q can be made available at an extra cost of Rs. 210/- per kg; order for the same needs to be placed at least 5 hrs in advance.

12. All meals will be served in the Dining Area, opposite the kitchen. Meals & Snax will not be served in the individual rooms/cabins. Normal meal timings are : B’fast--- 0800 to 0900hrs; Lunch---1300 to 1400 hrs; Tea---1700 to 1800 hrs & Dinner---2100 to 2230 hrs. Special requests must be informed to the manager at least 3 hrs in advance.

13. For minor emergencies, a Doctor is available at Sutarwadi (2kms). Kolad/ Roha has a Govt Hospital.

14. Management will not be responsible in any way for any untoward incident while you undertake Soft Adventure activities.
15. Please do not climb trees or pluck flowers/fruits. The Manager will assess any damage to the property & the amt will be added to your bill.

16. Swimming Pool.: Our Pool has a Filteration Plant & is regularly cleaned by the Attendant. Prior to use of Pool, please go thro the Pool Instructions. Alcoholic drinks / beverages / eatables will not be consumed in the Pool.

17. A Bullock Cart ride can also be arranged to get a feel of Village Transportation ( during non monsoon months). This will be at Rs. 300/ for 3 hrs. Advance notice of 5 hrs is essential.
